Synopsis of Bill
SB28 appropriates $150.0 in general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico State University (NMSU) for the Tierra y Montes soil and water conservation district for expenditure in FY2001 to conduct a hydrological assessment of the ground water in San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY2001 shall revert to the general fund.
