Synopsis of Bill
HJM1 requests OSE to negotiate, investigate and correct errors and omissions in the adjudication of individual water rights for members of acequias and community ditches. The memorial also includes language for the agency to continue working with these entities toward resolution of those issues that remain unsolved after negotiations.
