has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 1, after the first occurrence of "savings", strike "and loan associations" and insert in lieu thereof "banks".

2. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, after the second occurrence of "savings", strike "and loan associations" and insert in lieu thereof "banks".
