has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 3, strike "Money in the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

2. On page 3, line 4, strike "be appropriated" and insert in lieu thereof "be administered by the state engineer upon appropriation".

3. On page 3, line 4, strike "only".

4. On page 3, line 5, after "water" insert "treatment," and on line 6, strike "treatment" and insert in lieu thereof "water".

5. On page 3, line 6, after "facilities" insert "Excluding the construction of dams".,

and thence referred to the AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
