Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, strike lines 17 through 22.

2. On page 3, strike lines 11 through 17 and insert in lieu thereof:

"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the office of the state engineer be requested to work with acequias and community ditches to agree upon a process for correcting errors and omissions upon which agreement can be reached through negotiation and to continue working on a mechanism for proceeding on those which may remain unresolved after negotiation; and".
