has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 20, strike "the important design elements" and insert in lieu thereof "environmental design of highway projects".

2. On page 1, line 21, strike "architecture of bridges,".

3. On page 3, line 3, strike "regulations" and insert in lieu thereof "procedures".

4. On page 3, line 4, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "of" and strike "all new".

5. On page 3, line 7, strike "all".

6. On page 3, strike lines 10 and 11 and insert in lieu thereof:

"consultants to consult with environmental design professionals, such as urban designer-architects, landscape architects or artists, as appropriate; and"..
