Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 49

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, strike lines 11 through 17 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the office of the state engineer be requested to work with acequias and community ditches to mutually agree to a process for correcting errors and omissions through negotiation and to continue working on a mechanism for proceeding toward resolution of those issues that remain unresolved after negotiation; and".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
