has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL" and insert in lieu thereof "ATTORNEY GENERAL".

2. On page 3, line 4, strike "legislative council" and insert in lieu thereof "attorney general".

3. On page 3, line 5, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "a".

4. On page 3, lines 11 and 12, strike "legislative council" and insert in lieu thereof "attorney general".

5. On page 3, line 12, strike ", a representative for" and insert in lieu thereof "to serve and appoint two representatives from".

6. On page 4, line 1, strike "the New Mexico legislative council,".
