Synopsis of Bill



Senate Memorial 12 takes note that Dr. James C. Henderson became the first president of San Juan College in 1982 and has served continuously in that capacity for almost 25 years. Under his leadership San Juan College has become one of the most outstanding two-year colleges in the nation. The senate resolved to honor Dr. Henderson for his contributions to education and extended its congratulations for his dedication to New Mexico.
