Synopsis of Bill



SJM 20 requests the New Mexico Coalition of Community Access Television Providers to advise local governments on access for existing and emerging communication technology. This would be handled through the coordinated efforts of New Mexico public, educational and governmental access channels.



Significant Issues



CHE reports it would assist the coalition in distributing information to post-secondary institutions.
