SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 364 appropriates $100.0 from the general fund to support the big brothers and big sisters program in Chaves and Eddy counties.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill makes a $100.0 general fund appropriation to the Local Government Division of the Department of Public Safety for expenditure in FY01 for the purpose states above. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 reverts to the general fund.
RELATIONSHIP
This bill relates to HAFCS/HB2,3,4,5,6,7 and 9, et al, which includes $500.0 in general fund for big brothers and big sisters programs statewide.
