Synopsis of Bill



Senate Bill 220 appropriates $70.0 from the general fund to pay for operational expenses for the Eddy county southeast regional migrant outreach resource center.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



This bill makes a general fund appropriation of $70.0 to the Local Government Division, DFA, for expenditure in FY01 for the purpose stated above. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 reverts to the general fund.
