Senate Bill 133 adds two definitions to the list of traffic violations: child not in restraint device or seatbelt and unfastened seatbelt.



Significant Issues



Conviction on one of these new violations will prolong the advancement of stages for drivers aged 15 through 17 in the Graduated Driver's Licensing System.
