SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $90.0 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the New Mexico State University for the Alliance for Minority Students and the Regional Alliance for Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Technology for Students with Disabilities programs.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $90.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 shall revert to the general fund.
CONFLICT/DUPLICATION/COMPANIONSHIP/RELATIONSHIP
The LFC recommendation includes $345.4 for this program, an increase of $40.0 over FY00.
