House Memorial 8 honors the memory of former New Mexico Supreme Court Justice Stanley F. Frost who served in that court from 1991 to 1996 and in the district court for 19 years.



The House of Representatives extends its condolences to the family of Justice Stanley F. Frost. A copy of this memorial is to be transmitted to his wife, Bonnie Frost.
