SUMMARY
Summary of HEC Amendment
The House Education Committee amendment requests the Legislative Finance Committee to conduct a study in consultation with the Commission on Higher Education, colleges and universities.
Synopsis of Original Bill
HJM 29 requests the CHE to compile salary and classification data of all classified employees and part time faculty at all higher education institutions, and provide programmatic reasons for the part-time and full-time faculty ratios.
