SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 483 appropriates $100.0 from the general fund for the city of Santa Fe to purchase furniture, fixtures and equipment to be used by a nonprofit organization that provides services to the frail, elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged people of northern New Mexico.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill makes a $100.0 general fund appropriation to the Local Government Division, DFA, for expenditure in FY01 for the purpose stated above. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 reverts to the general fund.
