Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 416 appropriates $50.0 from the general fund to SDE for the Santa Fe Public Schools to funding public school activities during the mariachi educational training conference.
Significant Issues
This bill appropriates funds to support educational programs for schools outside of the state equalization guarantee.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill appropriates $50.0 from the general fund to SDE for expenditure in fiscal year 2001. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
SDE would distribute and monitor the funding.
