SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $225.0 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University New Mexico for the purpose of maintaining a Master's degree in the Public Health program in the Health Sciences Center.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $225.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 shall revert to the general fund.
RELATIONSHIP
This bill relates to House Bill 2 and Senate Bill 2 which contains base funding for this program.
