Synopsis of Bill
The House Judiciary Committee Substitute for House Bill 92 appropriates $312.0 in recurring general fund for FY2001 to create an additional magistrate judgeship and clerk in the Doña Ana magistrate district. The bill appropriates $130.0 to the Administrative Office of the courts, $80.0 to the Third Judicial District Attorney, and $102.0 to the Public Defender department.
