Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 79 appropriates $1,000.0 in recurring general fund to the Regional Juvenile Services Grant Fund to develop a regional system of secure detention facilities for juveniles. The appropriation is for FY2001 and subsequent fiscal years. Unexpended or unencumbered salaries remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert.
