REQUESTED BY

FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to replace blacktop on avenues O, P and Q and on Carter avenue from Ninth street to Thirteenth street and to pave Thirteenth street to include curbs and gutters in Lovington in Lea county.
