REQUESTED BY

FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON GILCHRIST ROAD IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for drainage improvements on Gilchrist road in Artesia in Eddy county.
