REQUESTED BY

FOR A LONG-TERM HEALTH CARE FACILITY FOR THE LAS VEGAS MEDICAL CENTER IN

SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five million dollars ($5,000,000) for a long-term health care facility for the Las Vegas medical center in San Miguel county.
