REQUESTED BY

FOR RE-ROOFING EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY'S INSTRUCTION CENTER IN

RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to re-roof the building that houses eastern New Mexico university's instruction center in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
