FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE LANDFILL IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for heavy equipment for the landfill in De Baca county.
