FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR ESTANCIA IN

TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design a wastewater treatment plant for Estancia in Torrance county.
