FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for police department equipment at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
