SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 403

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct a livestock pavilion in Lea county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to equip the courthouse with security systems in Lea county; and

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct additions to the event center in Lea county.
