SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 401

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one million three thousand dollars ($1,003,000) for rehabilitation of residential streets in the city of Hobbs in Lea county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) for phase 3 improvements to the park facility project in the city of Hobbs in Lea county.
