REQUESTED BY

FOR PHASE 1 OF THE NENAHNEZAD CHAPTER HEAD START FACILITY IN FRUITLAND IN

SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan and design phase 1 of the Nenahnezad chapter head start facility in Fruitland in San Juan county.
