REQUESTED BY

FOR A SMALL BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTER IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct a small business incubation center in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
