FOR PHASE 4 POWERLINE CONSTRUCTION TO AREA 7 AND MANCOS CREEK NORTHWEST

OF SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

six hundred sixty thousand dollars ($660,000) to continue phase 4 of powerline construction to area 7 and Mancos creek northwest of Shiprock in San Juan county.
