FOR UPGRADING AND EQUIPPING THE ADULT BASIC EDUCATION FACILITY OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred ninety-six thousand five hundred dollars ($196,500) to upgrade and equip the adult basic education facility of New Mexico state university in Artesia in Eddy county.
