FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO FIVE POINTS ROAD SW IN THE ATRISCO AREA OF THE

SOUTH VALLEY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way, improve drainage and construct, including environmentally designed speed reduction barriers, the Five Points road SW in the Atrisco area of the south valley, including sections of this street both inside and outside the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
