REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTING THE NEW MEXICO SOCCER TOURNAMENT COMPLEX IN RIO

RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) to continue and complete construction of the New Mexico soccer tournament complex on the pueblo of Santa Ana, including adding lighted fields, parking lot lighting, irrigation system, bleachers, fencing, a concession building and a stadium facility, in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.

Preferred funding source: general obligation bonds
