PROGRAM OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to purchase and install educational technology and to purchase books for the family literacy program of Bernalillo county.
