REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTION AND UPKEEP OF THE ARCH COMMUNITY CENTER IN PORTALES IN

ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for construction and upkeep of the Arch community center in Portales in Roosevelt county.
