FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL

TECHNOLOGY IN THE MELROSE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CURRY COUNTY.

The proceeds and balance of the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the state department of public education pursuant to Subsection EEEEEEE of Section 19 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to purchase and install educational technology at Melrose elementary school in Curry county may also be expended for educational technology in the Melrose public school district in Curry county.
