REQUESTED BY

FOR A YOUTH CENTER IN CHIMAYO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a youth center in Chimayo in Rio Arriba county.
