REQUESTED BY

FOR RESIDENTIAL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one million three thousand dollars ($1,003,000) for improvements to four miles of residential roads in Hobbs in Lea county.
