FOR PHASE 3 OF THE HEAD START BUILDING IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct, equip and furnish phase 3 of the head start building in Artesia in Eddy county.
