FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for water system improvements, including replacement of lines, drainage improvements and necessary street and sidewalk repairs, for the city of Alamogordo in Otero county.
