44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

three hundred twelve thousand dollars ($312,000) to engineer, extend sewer lines, install a lift station and upgrade the existing treatment plant in Estancia in Torrance county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to equip the Estancia fire department in Torrance county.
