STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF MORIARTY IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to improve and complete the water distribution loop to the water system in the city of Moriarty in Torrance county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, engineer and construct improvements and additions to the administration and civic center complex in the city of Moriarty in Torrance county.
