FOR THE RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for improvements to the residential street rehabilitation program in Hobbs in Lea county.
