FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE FOOTBALL STADIUM AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for renovations to the football stadium at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
