REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN

MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to construct a women's softball field, renovate the athletic field house and weight room and upgrade the swimming pool at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
