FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A VISITATION CENTER AT THE WOMEN'S CORRECTIONAL

FACILITY IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the capital program fund

thirty-eight thousand dollars ($38,000) to plan, design or construct an all-purpose overnight family visitation center for children and their inmate mothers at the women's correctional facility in Grants in Cibola county.
