I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and install flagpole brackets and flags to be placed along Central avenue from Ninety-eighth street to the Rio Grande in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
